Hi there! I'm Alexia West. I've been practicing Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) for nearly 15 years, helping people navigate through challenges like Depression, Social & Specific Phobias, Panic Disorder, OCD, Generalised Anxiety Disorder, PTSD, and Complex Trauma. 🧠💬
