HealthLynk is an online platform that connects users with health & wellness professionals and experts, including but not limited to health coaches, life coaches, therapists, nutritionists, psychologists ("Services"). These professionals and experts operate as independent contractors and are not employees of HealthLynk. All 1-to-1 sessions take place online via our subdomain meet.healthlynk.net.

2. User Obligations

  • Account Creation: To use our Services, you must create an account on our Website.

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and booking sessions.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Booking Process: Users can book sessions through our Website by selecting the desired service, choosing a professional, and scheduling a time and date.

  • Payment: Payment for sessions is made through our Website at the time of booking.

  • Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session to be eligible for a refund. No refunds will be provided for no-shows. Additionally, please read our Refund Policy.

4. Use of the Platform

  • Session Requirements: An electronically device (eg, laptop, pc or smartphone) that can access both healthlynk.net and meet.healthlynk.net through an internet browser. A stable network connection is required. Sessions require a microphone. A camera for the session is optional.

  • Follow-Up Email: After booking, users will receive a follow-up email with the link to join the session. Sessions are held on meet.healthlynk.net.

7. Clarity Sessions Policy

  • Each client is entitled to one free Clarity Session per expert. These sessions are designed as an initial introduction to support you in finding the right expert.

    • One-time only: Clarity Sessions cannot be rebooked with the same expert.

    • Duplicates: HealthLynk reserves the right to cancel or decline any Clarity Session that violates this policy.

    • Availability: Not all experts offer a Clarity Session. You can view all available experts for paid sessions at https://healthlynk.net/book.

    • Session Bookings: Full sessions (paid) can be booked directly after your Clarity Session if you wish to continue working with the same expert. Please ensure you read expert bios and session descriptions before booking.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Website in any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law.

  • Engage in any behavior that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful.

  • Disrupt or attempt to disrupt the operation of our Website or the Services.
