HealthLynk BOOKING POLICY
At HealthLynk, we’re committed to offering a smooth, respectful, and professional experience for both our clients and our experts. Please review our booking policy carefully before scheduling a session.
1. Session Duration
Most standard sessions are approximately 60 minutes, though session length may vary depending on the needs of the client and the expert. Some sessions may run shorter or slightly longer at the expert’s discretion.
2. Clarity Sessions (One-Time Introductory Sessions)
Clarity Sessions are free, 15-minute introductory conversations designed to help clients get to know an expert and decide if they’re the right fit.
Each client is entitled to only one Clarity Session per expert.
Repeat Clarity Session bookings with the same expert are not permitted and will be cancelled.

3. Cancellation Notice
48-Hour Notice Required: You must cancel at least 48 hours before your session to receive a full refund.
How to Cancel: You can cancel through our website or by emailing us at booking@healthlynk.net.
4. Refund Policy
Full Refund: Provided if cancelled 48 hours or more in advance.
No refund will be provided for cancellations less than 48 hours before the session.
No refund will be provided for no-shows, which will be charged in full.
5. Rescheduling
24-Hour Notice: You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your session. Reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the session will be treated as cancellations and are non-refundable.

6. Extenuating Circumstances
If you face an emergency or unexpected event, reach out to us at booking@healthlynk.net. We’ll consider the situation on a case-by-case basis. Any refund will be at the discretion of HealthLynk.
7. HealthLynk Cancellations
If HealthLynk or your expert needs to cancel, you will be notified promptly and given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund at no extra charge.
8. Booking Conduct
By booking a session, you agree to:
Respect the professional boundaries and time of our experts.
Not misuse the Clarity Session system or book multiple free sessions with the same expert.
And avoid any unlawful, harmful, or disruptive behaviour.
9. Right to Refuse Bookings
At HealthLynk, our priority is to maintain a respectful and secure environment for both our clients and our experts. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion if:
A client is found to have misused the Clarity Session system
False or malicious accusations are made against an expert or the platform
There is any form of abusive, harmful, or inappropriate behavior
Continued access to our platform presents legal, safety, or reputational risk
Any such decisions will be made in line with our [Terms of Service] and [Privacy Policy].
