With a background in Biomedical Science (BSc) and a Master's in Public Health, I bring a science-backed, holistic approach to personal growth. As a certified Life Coach, NLP Practitioner, and Health Coach, I support clients in transforming their mindset and well-being.
My coaching goes beyond surface-level change—we explore key areas like nutrition, movement, stress management, sleep, self-care, relationships, and self-talk to build a strong foundation for confidence and self-belief.
