Searching for support can feel overwhelming and may bring up difficult emotions. But the courage to face yourself is one of the bravest challenges you can undertake ๐ช. As a counsellor, I believe it's essential to create a compassionate, warm, and safe space ๐ธ where you can explore your feelings and problems. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling heard, understood, accepted, and with a clearer sense of direction โจ.

Our sessions will always be centred around your needs, interests, and preferences. With a masterโs degree in counselling and another in psychology ๐, I integrate a range of approaches including creative interventions (like sandtray, art ๐จ, music ๐ถ, movement), psychoeducation, mindfulness ๐งโโ๏ธ, psychodynamic methods, and cognitive behavioural techniques.

I work with adults and adolescents across educational, care, and mental health settings, as well as privately ๐งโ๐คโ๐ง.
