About Me

Hello there! I’m Leah, a BACP accredited integrative counsellor with over 20 years of experience working with both young people and adults. 🌟 I’ve developed an advanced skill set through face-to-face, video, and telephone counselling, addressing a diverse range of client issues and cultural backgrounds in both short- and long-term settings.

I take a holistic approach to my work, drawing from various therapeutic theories tailored to each client’s unique issues and communication styles. My foundation is rooted in a person-centred approach, which allows me to build and maintain a positive therapeutic relationship. 🤝💬
