About Me
Hi there, Iβm Rebecca! π
I specialize in coaching people to heal their relationship with themselves and their bodies through a blend of cognitive (mind) and somatic (body) approaches. π
β
Iβm a registered dietitian, intuitive eating counselor, mindfulness teacher, and a wellbeing and body image coach. π§ββοΈππ¬

Our connections with others, work, food, sleep, and movement are deeply intertwined with how we relate to our own bodies, thoughts, and feelings. To foster long-lasting and meaningful change, I typically focus on both surface-level issues (like managing gut symptoms, improving sleep hygiene, and making different choices) and deeper concerns (such as learning to listen to your thoughts, feelings, and sensations while building your capacity to be with them). πΏβ¨
β
With years of experience in both the NHS and private practice, I support people holistically to achieve transformation. I draw from a rich mix of science and psychologyβincluding clinical nutrition, CBT, ACT, polyvagal theory, mindfulness, self-compassion, and somatic resourcingβas well as arts and spiritual teachings like expressive arts, Tantra, Buddhism, Qi Gong, and Yoga. π¨π§ββοΈπ¬
β
My approach is trauma-sensitive, compassionate, and person-centered, meaning I truly recognize you as the ultimate expert of your own body. Iβm also GSRD (Gender, Sexuality, Relationship Diversity) affirmative, warmly welcoming individuals from the queer and LGBTQI+ communities, as well as neurodivergent individuals. Iβm committed to supporting inclusivity and will work alongside you to tailor approaches that best fit your unique needs. ππ€
