Iβve transformed my own life to become a consistently happy person. How? By replacing negative habits with more supportive ones, like cultivating a positive mindset π§ , surrounding myself with great people π―ββοΈ, eating healthily most of the time π₯ (while still enjoying treats π°!), and doing things I love π.

Iβve done everything from dance as a child, bodybuilding and martial arts in my 20s to 40s, and now I practice yoga π§ββοΈ, walk, surf πββοΈ, and paddleboard β activities that fit my body and mind at this stage of life.
