I’ve transformed my own life to become a consistently happy person. How? By replacing negative habits with more supportive ones, like cultivating a positive mindset 🧠, surrounding myself with great people πŸ‘―β€β™€οΈ, eating healthily most of the time πŸ₯— (while still enjoying treats 🍰!), and doing things I love πŸ’ƒ.

I’ve done everything from dance as a child, bodybuilding and martial arts in my 20s to 40s, and now I practice yoga πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ, walk, surf πŸ„β€β™€οΈ, and paddleboard β€” activities that fit my body and mind at this stage of life.
