    All sessions are held on healthlynk through our embedded video sessions.

  • A Clarity Session is a free, one-time 15-minute conversation with one of our experts. It’s designed to give you a chance to learn more about them, explore whether their approach aligns with your needs, and gain clarity on your next steps. You can view who offers clarity sessions here.

  • In your 1-to-1 session, you’ll receive personalised guidance tailored to your health and wellness needs. Each expert is dedicated to supporting you on your unique journey.

  • We have tried our best to create a pricing range that is both affordable for our clients whilst valuing our experts. Prices range depending on the experts expertise and the type of service provided.
